Through Asaba Memorial High School, AMEF brings quality learning and practical preparation to the heart of Kiruli Sub-county.
Why the school matters
Distance should never decide a child’s future.
Until AMEF established AMHS, the entire Kiruli Sub-county had never had a secondary school.
Children who completed primary education had to travel long distances to continue learning. For many families, sending a child far from home was unaffordable. The result was a high risk of school dropout, particularly among girls and vulnerable children.
AMEF established the school to change this reality by placing opportunity within reach of the community.
